A Las Vegas Booth Builder With Roots in the City
Connect Exhibit is based in Las Vegas. We do not fly in for a show. This city is our home market. Our office is at 1050 E Flamingo Road. Our production facility is at 1921 Losee Road, a short drive away.
Being local is a big plus. As a Las Vegas booth builder company, we can check your booth in person before the show. We never rely on a vendor from far away.
Big shows run here all year. Many are held at the Las Vegas convention centers. Others are at the Venetian Convention & Expo Center or Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
A busy Las Vegas trade show week brings hard problems. Dock times fill up fast. Labor can be hard to book. Late changes can be tough too. Our local team acts fast. Being close to the floor keeps your project on track.
Four Ways to Get a Booth in Las Vegas
We offer four main booth types. Not every brand needs the priciest one. We help you pick what fits your needs and your budget.
Custom booths are made for your brand. We design the look, then build the booth in-house. This suits brands that go to the same big show each year. It also suits you if you want a booth people remember.
Modular booths use parts you can change and reuse. You can reshape the booth for a 10×10 or a 20×20 space. It is a good pick if you go to many shows each year and need new sizes.
Hybrid booths mix parts you own with rented items. That gives you more ways to change the booth for each show. It is a good pick if you want a steady brand look without a full custom booth.
Las Vegas trade show booth rental gives you a custom look without buying the whole booth. Rental booths can include the frame, graphics, furniture, and digital screens. They are a smart pick for a first show in Las Vegas. They also suit a test run in a new market.
Every Booth Is Built and Tested in Las Vegas First
At our Las Vegas production facility, we build every booth first. The full booth gets a check. Graphics get mounted. The AV gets tested. Any problem shows up long before the show floor.
If a panel does not fit, we fix it in our shop. The same goes for any part that needs work. You should never find that out during setup.
Our setup crews know your booth before they get to the venue. They have seen how it fits together. So setup goes faster and smoother.

Proof From Real Las Vegas Trade Show Floors
We were on site at ISC West 2026 at the Venetian Expo. Our client Firebytes had a booth there. Our team helped with setup, show support, and teardown. It was a real Las Vegas event, close to our office. It shows how our local team backs its clients.
JCK Las Vegas has long been held at Mandalay Bay. Repeat brands count on it. We know what they expect. Master Casting & CAD has shown at JCK for 20 years. They told us Connect Exhibit delivered everything on schedule. That kind of word matters when you pick a booth builder.
Clear prices from the start :- You get a full quote before production starts. No surprise costs pop up during setup. That is how we like to work.
One project manager :- You get one main contact for the whole job. That person tracks the timeline and the booth quality. They also work with the show team. They stay with you from step one to teardown.
Should You Buy a Custom Booth or Rent One?
The right pick depends on your show plans. Do you go to the same Las Vegas shows often? A custom or modular booth is a good long-term buy. You can use it at more than one event.
Is this your first show? A Las Vegas booth rental may fit better. You get a strong booth without paying for a full structure. A rental also helps if you want to test a new event or market.
We will help you choose. Our goal is a long-term bond, not a one-booth sale.
Las Vegas Venues We Build In
Each Las Vegas hall has its own docks, move-in times and floor rules. Our crews work in these halls through the year, so we plan your build around the venue, not just the booth.

Las Vegas Convention Center
3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 The largest venue in the city, with West, North, Central and South halls. CES, SEMA, NAB Show and World of Concrete are held here. The halls are far apart, so we confirm your hall and dock before we load the truck.

The Venetian Expo
201 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169 Home to JCK Las Vegas, ISC West and SHOT Show. We supported Firebytes here at ISC West 2026. Booths sit on more than one level, so we check freight elevator access and ceiling height for your space early.

Mandalay Bay Convention Center
3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119 At the south end of the Strip. It hosts shows such as IMEX America and Cosmoprof North America.

Caesars Forum
3911 Koval Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89109 A newer venue behind the Strip, used for conferences and for overflow halls of larger shows. Spaces here are often smaller, so modular and rental booths fit well.

Frequently Asked Questions
A quick guide to the most common questions about trade show booths in Las Vegas.
Do you have a real office in Las Vegas?
Yes. Our home base is right here. Our office is at 1050 E Flamingo Road. Booths are built at 1921 Losee Road. Both are in Las Vegas.
Which Las Vegas venues do you build for?
Most often the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian, Mandalay Bay, and Caesars Forum. We also work at hotel expo spaces on the Strip. Smaller venue? We can still help. Our crews are not limited to the big halls.
How early should I book a booth?
For a custom build, 8 to 12 weeks is a safe window. Closer to your show date? Tell us. Our shop is local, so we can sometimes speed up a build. A builder from out of state often cannot. It depends on the job.
Can you fix things in install week?
Within reason, yes. Our shop is a short drive from most Las Vegas venues. A graphics swap or a gear fix is not like a full redesign the night before doors open. We will tell you which one your request is.
Do you work with first-time exhibitors?
Yes, and with big brands too. A first-time exhibitor often does better with a rental. We will say so, not push the bigger job.
Rental or custom: what is the difference?
A rental has the frame, furniture, digital screens, and basic graphics for one show. A custom booth is yours to keep and reuse. It is built around your brand. It is a better deal if you return to Las Vegas shows a lot.
Do you handle install and teardown?
Yes. Our own crews set up your booth, stay on call during the show and take it down after. You do not need to hire a separate labor company.
Can you store my booth between shows?
Yes. We store booths at our Las Vegas facility, so your next show here needs no long-haul freight.
Do you help with show forms and orders?
We are based outside the U.S. Can you still build our booth?
